The kick-off meeting of ENSI project, “European Network for Social Inclusion”, supported by Erasmus + KA2 (Strategic Partnership for vocational education and training), took place on 9 and 10 October in Stara Zagora (Bulgaria), with the participation of six partner countries of the project, including these organizations:
People Help the People (Italy)
Asociatia Fluturele Visator Butterfly Dreamer (Romania)
Associacion Amigos de Europa(Spain)
Centro Internazionale delle Culture Ubuntu (Italy)
Fundacja Family Center(Poland)
The meeting, which was held in two days, has developed into three main points: the presentation of the project, the presentation of partners and their role.
The purpose of the project is to present non-formal education as an inclusion tool for everyone, especially for those who did not have a formal education system like immigrant children.
Therefore, the aim is to compare the methods adopted in the different partner countries in order to develop a language learning model that can be used regardless of the country of the children.
The project objectives concerns improving the role of parents and educators in the non-formal sector and organizations such as support structures for social inclusion of children and teenagers with special educational needs.
After the first Partners Meeting, each organization, will prepare an analytical report on the difficulties of learning and social inclusion of children and adolescents with learning difficulties. The analysis should cover the legislative, methodological, pedagogical and socio-educational aspects.
